Collisions coded as being on SR-99, I-5, I-580, and I-205 have bee filtered out as freeway facilities are not being analyzed in this project. The exception is that the freeway sections of SR-4 and SR-120 are included since both SR-4 and SR-120 are primarily non-freeway facilities.
