Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Extents show the distribution of existing and planned bicycle routes throughout San Bernardino County as of July 2018, containing roughly 1,800 records. Extents and attributes are supplied by the local jurisdiction for which the bike route travels within or through the jurisdiction's boundary. There are approximately 10 attributes, including:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>The Class of the route, as categorized by Caltrans classifications of Class I, II, III, and IV (search Caltrans website for more information on the bike classes).</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>The Status of the route, as Planned or Existing.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>The street name that the Path travels.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>The estimated Cost of the route, either already spent or estimated to complete.</SPAN></P></LI></UL><P><SPAN>These routes and attributes have been adopted by SBCTA's Board July 2018, as required for inclusion in the NMTP, and therefore the extents or attributes are not subject to updates from when the Board last approved of the data until the next time SBCTA requests updates. Note that not all bike routes within a jurisdiction may have been updated. Data is supplied as part of semi-regular updates to SBCTA's Non-Motorized Transportation Plan (NMTP). The NMTP conforms to the requirements established by the State of California for local jurisdiction eligibility to receive grant funds through ATP-cycle grants, formally under the State Bicycle Transportation Account (BTA).</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
