SanGIS uses built-in ArcGIS tools to develop the stops from the STOPS.txt data file.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Stops layers for MTS and NCTD are created separately and combined into a single layer using ArcGIS tools.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
