The dataset is primarily those roads and streets that have official names assigned by the County House Numbering function of Public Works. The line files are geocoded with address ranges for use by the Emergency Services Dispatching for Sheriff officers, ambulances, and related services. This dataset is intended to be used for to provide the approximate location of the streets, roads, and highways within Tuolumne County, These needs include locations for 911 response, crime analysis, House Numbering using the address ranges associated with the geocoded line segments.
